Bestimmungen für Pauschalreservationen

Notfallplätze

Im NFH Brünig werden jeweils 6 Notfallplätze für Pilgerreisende frei gehalten. Den pauschal mietenden Gästen steht das Haus deshalb zwar meistens, aber nicht grundsätzlich alleine zur Verfügung. Die Nachtruhe im Haus muss bei Notfallbelegungen eingehalten werden. Die anwesende hausverantwortliche Person hat Weisungsrecht und bei Nichteinhaltung auch das Recht, randalierende Gäste wegzuweisen und/oder der Polizei zu melden.

Reinigung

Pauschal mietende Gäste erledigen am Schluss die folgenden Arbeiten:

Abfalleimer aller benutzten Räume leeren;
Leergut sämtlicher mitgebrachter Lebensmittel gemäss Vorschrift der Gemeinde entsorgen;
Ausnahmslos alle mitgebrachten Lebensmittel, die nicht verbraucht wurden, mitnehmen;
Gebrauchte Bett-, Frottee- und Küchenwäsche des Hauses im Keller zum Waschen deponieren;
Alle normal benutzten Räume (Schlafzimmer, Essraum usw.) trocken, resp. bei starker Verschmutzung (Schnee, Regen, Erde, Gras usw.) nass reinigen.
Nassbereiche nass reinigen.
Küche gründlich reinigen, sodass sie den hygienischen Vorschriften der Gastronomie entsprechend sofort wieder betrieben werden kann.

Bei ungenügender Reinigung durch den Gast werden dem Gast für zusätzlichen Reinigungs- und Entsorgungsaufwand CHF 40 pro Stunde in Rechnung gestellt.

Kurtaxe

Die Kurtaxe ist im Übernachtungspreis inbegriffen.

Zahlungskonditionen

In der Regel muss mit Vertragsabschluss der vollständige Beherbergungspreis bezahlt werden. Trifft die Bezahlung nicht innert der festgelegten Frist ein, ist der Vertrag als Ganzes hinfällig.

Rückerstattungen

Annullierung innert 10 Tagen nach Vertragsdatum: 100%
Annullierung bis 8 Wochen vor Mietbeginn: 50%
Spätere Annullierungen nur bei Ersatzvermietung: Vereinbarung

Bargeldzahlungen und –teilzahlungen sind zum Tageskurs in EUR möglich (Rückgeld in CHF)

Reinigung

Wir übernehmen die Reinigung für Sie, sie ist im Übernachtungspreis inbegriffen.

Kurtaxe

Die Kurtaxe ist im Übernachtungspreis inbegriffen.

Zahlungskonditionen

Mit erfolgter Buchung muss auch der volle Beherbergungspreis bezahlt werden. Bei Direktbuchungen geschieht dies vor Ort. Erfolgt eine Stornierung bis 24 Stunden vor Check-in Beginn (17 Uhr) ist die Stornierung kostenlos. Bei Stornierungen nach dieser Frist ist der volle Übernachtungsbetrag zu bezahlen.

Provisions for all-inclusive reservations (whole guest floor)

Emergency places

At NFH Brünig, 6 emergency places are kept free for pilgrims. The house is therefore usually, but not always, at the sole disposal of guests renting on a flat-rate basis. The night’s rest in the house must be observed in the case of emergency occupancy. The person in charge of the house has the right to issue instructions and, in the event of non-compliance, also the right to turn away rowdy guests and/or report them to the police.

Cleaning

Guests renting on a flat-rate basis shall carry out the following work at the end of their stay:

Empty the rubbish bins of all rooms used;
Dispose of the empties of all food brought along in accordance with the regulations of the municipality;
Without exception, take away all food brought in that has not been consumed;
Deposit used bed linen, towels and kitchen linen in the cellar for washing;
Clean all normally used rooms (bedroom, dining room, etc.) dry, or wet if heavily soiled (snow, rain, soil, grass, etc.).
Wet clean wet areas.
Clean the kitchen thoroughly so that it can be used again immediately in accordance with the hygiene regulations of the catering trade.

In case of insufficient cleaning by the guest, the guest will be charged CHF 40 per hour for additional cleaning and disposal expenses.

Visitor’s tax

The visitor’s tax is included in the price of the overnight stay.

Terms of payment

As a rule, the full accommodation price must be paid upon conclusion of the contract. If payment is not received within the specified period, the contract as a whole is void.

Refunds

Cancellation within 10 days of the contract date: 100%.
Cancellation up to 8 weeks before the start of the rental period: 50%.
Later cancellations only in case of substitute rental: agreement

The visitor’s tax is included in the price of the overnight stay.

Terms of payment

The full accommodation price must be paid when the booking is made. For direct bookings this is done on site. If a cancellation is made 24 hours before check-in (5 pm), the cancellation is free of charge. For cancellations after this deadline, the full accommodation price must be paid.
